Yuki Aoki (husband)
Born in 1985 in Katagami City, Akita Prefecture
Immersed myself in the world of wine through working as a sommelier and restaurant service in Tokyo for 13 years. During his time in Tokyo, he mainly worked in Ebisu as a three-star Michelin chateau restaurant, Gastronomy Joel Robuchon. Also worked at Ebisu Italian restaurant "LOVAT".
Obtained JSA sommelier qualification in 2016.
After moving here, he decided to build his ideal wine shop from scratch with his own hands, and used a mower and chainsaw to cultivate a forest that had been abandoned for more than a decade.
Afterwards, he is an athletic sommelier who built his own shop with a half-build. This is where the physical strength of a former high school baseball player comes into play.
Motoko Aoki (wife)
Born in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture in 1983
From the age of 19, she experienced living overseas for short and long periods, including New Zealand, Brazil, and the United States.
After returning to Japan, she discovered the charm of wine in Tokyo and worked as a sommelier at restaurant, staff at a wine shop, a sales job at an importer.
Also visiting Europe as a business trip, and sometimes an interpreter for producers visiting Japan.
Obtained JSA sommelier qualification in 2016.
After leaving the company, she stayed for a month at the winery of Strohmeier in Austria, a winemaker she had been a big fan of since her previous days, and learned about winemaking and life. Experienced assisting producers at the wine event "Dive Bouteille" held every year in Loire,France
