I started growing grapes in my wife's father's field. At first, they sold grapes to agricultural cooperatives, but
I started making my own wine in 2002.

``Since I don't have a boss, I can work the way I want,'' he says, enjoying doing everything by himself except for harvesting.

(The moon is essential for biodynamic cultivation.
The name of the brewery derives from the fact that various cultivation tasks are performed depending on the shape and position of the moon.)
