The two owners are like this.
Michele Saia (41 years old) from Molise <br>My profession is a filmmaker and video creator.
I didn't even like wine, but after drinking wine from LE COSTE in Lazio in 2010, I fell in love with natural wine.
Through that, he got to know Lamidia and began helping with the harvest and wine making.
In 2017, he realized that there was no natural wine in his hometown of Molise, which was far removed from the current movement, so he made his first wine with local grapes.
Established Jostra Winery with Amir, whom he met in college.
For the two vintages up to 2021, they rented a brewery in Lamidia, but in July 2022 they built a winery on the outskirts of Pescara, and last year they began brewing for the first time using their own equipment.
Amir, 41 years old, from Pescara <br>Works at a pharmaceutical company and has a doctorate in chemistry.
I didn't know much about natural wine, but when I discovered Lamidia wine, my eyes were opened to this world.
Michele, who is creative and intuitive, and Amir, who is logical and calm, play their respective roles and have a good relationship. "Chemistry is truth" is our credo.
Despite having a wealth of chemical knowledge, he continues to make wine without adding anything.

The grapes are purchased from reliable producers, mainly in Molise and some in Abruzzo.
Producers are selected based on strict conditions such as no pesticides, no herbicides, sustainable agriculture, and unique varieties.
If necessary, ask for cultivation methods, etc., and harvest as much as possible yourself.
The winery is small and has a very simple structure, as the production volume is around 10,000 bottles.
