A truly luxurious after-dinner drink.
I rarely drink port, but this delicate sweetness is something special.
The aftertaste of high-quality raisins and dried figs fills your mouth, surrounded by beautiful acidity, inviting you to take another sip.

I remember when I was at my previous job, someone from another company in the industry told me, ``You've always found a brewery like this. They're a great producer.''
There has never been a port as natural as that.
You can enjoy it for a long time even after opening the bottle.

Aged for 5 to 7 years in 100 year old barrels. Residual sugar 62g/L.

[Quinta do Infantado brought innovation to the world of port wine]
Its origins date back to 1816. (200 years ago!)
A historic brewery founded by the Crown Prince of Portugal.
The current owner, Joao's grandfather, purchased this Quinta in 1904.
Joao's father started bottling and selling in Douro in 1979,
Due to the law revision in 1986, we started exporting!

Originally, aging was only allowed in the town of Vila Nova de Gaia,
The majority of ports are still built by negociants.
Infantado's actions don't need to be passed on to the Negociant.
You can make it from Douro! This gave courage to local producers.

~This is how the first natural port was born~
Port wine is also sweet and not syrupy and tiring to drink.

I think it should be enjoyed more as a wine.
Alcohol fermentation period is 1.5 times longer than normal!
We strive to reduce residual sugar and make it more natural.
The amount of fortified alcohol (of course, also bio) added is less than that of regular port, allowing the original flavor and purity of the grapes to be expressed.
In this way, a refreshing, super soft, melt-in-your-mouth port was born!
