The name of the wine "Original" comes from the fact that it uses Merlot , which is not commonly grown in this area . "It has a deep, concentrated color and a flavor of red fruits and a licorice.
It has a concentrated fruitiness, yet goes down smoothly and easily.
Muddy clay soil. Fermented in concrete tanks for 9 months.
It is left to mature for 6 months.

This winery has been producing wine using organic farming methods since 1999.
Organic certification was obtained in 2012.
Using the same chemical-free methods used by our ancestors makes the soil more flexible, which benefits the vines.
The Perpignan area has recently been suffering from drought, making leaf surface very important.
The soil is improved with compost made from pomace (grape pomace) and chicken droppings, and grass is grown between the rows to help improve the soil.
Located at the foot of the Pyrenees, it benefits from melting snow,
