A *pétillant* (lightly sparkling wine) crafted by Ichiro-san, a producer in Yoichi known for his pesticide-free, additive-free winemaking.
Its popularity has grown year by year, and this year, supplies were finally limited...
It offers clear, pure fruit flavors of plum and pink grapefruit, accompanied by pleasant acidity and a refreshing feel.

② Judith Beck / Weissburgunder (White)
Region: Neusiedlersee, Austria
Variety: Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc)

A producer whose wines impressed me deeply when I first tasted them at an event in France three years ago.
Features notes of apple, pear, and Japanese citrus. A cool, crisp wine that is perfect for the end of summer.

Varieties: Garnacha Gris, Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Tinta

A rosé with fresh, cherry-like fruit flavors and a light, lively character that belies its origins in the hot southern region of Catalonia. Despite being made without any additives, it boasts remarkable stability and balance.

⑤ Clara Marcelli / Pekius (Red)
Region: Marche, Italy
Variety: Sangiovese

A wine with a hue so translucent, you might mistake it for a rosé. While they typically excel at producing full-bodied wines, they have crafted a red here that goes down incredibly smoothly.
It offers concentrated fruit flavors reminiscent of ripe cranberries and American cherries. Though light in style, it delivers satisfying depth and a solid finish.

⑥ Sandrine Farjja / Épiphyte (Red)
Region: Sud-Ouest, France
Varietals: Cabernet Franc, Merlot

An exquisite red wine from Sandrine, a female winemaker in Southwest France whom I visited about seven years ago.
When I tasted the 2021 vintage recently, it was so delicious that I immediately ordered their entire available stock. It is wonderfully supple and rounded, practically melting in the mouth. While it has a pleasant richness, the finish is clean and seamless, making it hard not to reach for another glass.
