Slightly dark yellow color.
The sweet aroma of citrus fruits and apricots is accompanied by a juicy, full-bodied fruit flavor reminiscent of tropical fruits like pineapple. The honey-like flavor and minerality are perfectly balanced, making you want to drink more than you can handle.
It is packed with the charm of Catarratto, Sicily's signature white grape variety.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

This winery is co-run by cousins ​​Luigi and Sergio in the Fastuchella nature reserve in the Trapani province of Sicily, Italy.
Later, Luigi, who was running a restaurant, met Alessandro, a natural wine producer in Alcamo, through food and wine. Alessandro planted some grape vines at Luigi's house as a pastime, awakening him to the joys of grape growing, and the three of them founded Longarico.

The winery's name "Longarico" comes from "Longro," the name of the town where the indigenous people of this area lived. The label design features a landscape of pine trees. The vineyards are located at a high altitude of 400m, so no agriculture is carried out in the surrounding area, and wine is made on healthy land that has never been damaged by pesticides or other chemicals. Fermentation is done using natural yeast, with only a small amount of SO2 used in the white wines and no additives at all in the red wines.
