The makers, Marco Guilliani and Davide Gentier, have been best friends since childhood.
I love wine, and one day I discovered natural wine.
Marcel Lapierre, Le Coste, Laureano, Cornelissen,
Soligny, Stromeyer, Partida Creus, Le Ton des Threes, etc.
Influenced by the wines of famous breweries, the two were impressed by the ease of drinking and the depth of flavor.
Neither of us have full-time jobs yet, but we decided to brew our favorite natural wines as a side business!
Neither of us attended any brewing school, and read various books.
I made my first wine in 2010 after receiving information and tips from producers all over the place.
In the first year, they only made 3 cuvées, but as they like to experiment, they quickly increased the number of cuvées.
As of 2016, there are 13 cuvées! Two people who are always learning.
Their motto is "100% Uva e Basta", meaning "100% grapes and nothing else!"
