Jean Sebastian ran a company as an elevator engineer in Paris.
He discovered natural wine and was immediately hooked.
He left the company in charge and began cultivating and working  at the winery of superstars such as Foulards Rouge and Thierry Puzulat.
In particular, his encounter with Jean-François Nick (Foulard  Rouge) was fateful!
He was given full responsibility for the Carignan and Muscat fields, and greatly contributed to the success of the domaine.

His humility and hard work paid off, and he rose to the top of the class, achieving his long-awaited independence in 2008.
He received advice from top natural producers such as Jean-François Nick and Eric Püfering (L'Anglore), and continued to experiment with cutting-edge production.
