A masterpiece left behind by the late Lorenzo Corino
I will never forget the shock I felt when I drank the 2013 vintage for the first time. Due to its natural structure, it shows a different expression every year, but the 20 Year VT is already delicious even if you drink it now. . The acidity is exquisite, the taste is dense yet sinks into your body, and the aftertaste is very long.
I'm always fighting the desire to sleep longer and the desire to drink now...
Aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. No SO2 added.

In 2021, brewmaster Lorenzo passed away, and many fans in Japan were filled with sadness.
Mr. Lorenzo, a European authority on natural farming and a top expert on environmental conservation agronomists, is a practical scholar who used to make wine at a winery called Case Collini in Piedmont. (authored over 100 books)
Antonella, the winery owner, asked Mr. Lorenzo to brew the wine in order to protect the environment and landscape of Maremma.
Because his ancestors were from Maremma, Tuscany,
``Let's use my experience to help save this landscape,'' he said, and has been involved with Mariosa since 2013.
Currently, Antonella, who has been making wine with Mr. Lorenzo for nine years, is taking over the wine making.
When he came to Japan in 2019, all the wines he released were sold out on the same day.
I remember many people lining up to get Dr. Lorenzo's book autographed.
Even at the age of over 80, he left behind a message of ``Never stop learning'' = lifelong learning, and learned many things other than winemaking.
