Julian's wines are becoming harder to come by every year...
Pinot Noir in particular is becoming a mystery due to its limited production.

Pinostradamus is a word created by Julian, combining "Pinot" and "Nostradamus". 2018 is the first vintage.
The day this Pinot was harvested was the "fruit day" on the biodynamic calendar, and because this is a biodynamic wine that contains many astronomical elements, we've taken a playful dig at the name of the famous astronomer Nostradamus. This wine is indeed playful.

Early Lias period blue marl, clay-limestone soil.
The grapes from Grape-Anthières are carbonic macerated in stainless steel tanks for 14 days.
It is then aged for 10 months and racked before bottling.

Julien Marechal, Head of the Family

His father originally grew grains and vegetables, which led him to become interested in producing crops that have deep roots in the soil, especially grape growing and winemaking, and he studied winemaking at the Dijon Wine School.
While commuting, I was searching and searching for vineyards in Arbois in the Jura. One day...
Near Borneo, I came across a section of incredible energy that took my breath away.

He started making wine in 2004 at the age of 23.
At first, we had a lot of difficulties because we didn't know the characteristics of the soil or the varieties.
Having received the invaluable guidance of Pierre Auvernoy, he succeeded in producing his first Sansfull wine in Poulsard in 2005.

The cave is a 3-minute walk from the famous Auvernois.
The wisdom of big names such as Stéphane Tissot, who popularized Jura wine around the world, flowed into Julien like a great wave.
The finished wine is always tasted by his mentor, Pierre Auvernoy.
He is truly a man of enormous power, the leader of the third generation of Jura.
