Love for the sunless farmers and the earth!
■AMOR PER LA TERRA Project■
Salvador of Cosmic Vinhates came to Japan for the second Catalusion in 2019 and created a Cosmic whirlwind.
Anyone who has met him will know that he is a genuinely kind young man, and it is no exaggeration to say that he charms everyone he meets.
During his visit to Japan, he traveled around the country with Xavi, who manages Yaume and Monochrome, which offer a wide range of natural wines, and cuvée3000.
This trio, who are good friends, came up with a project while traveling around Japan . That project was AMOR PER LA TERRA (Love for the Earth).
Salva has worked as a farmer since he was young, but he has always felt that his work was not being properly valued. His father also grew grapes, but he did not make wine and instead sold everything to a cooperative.
In the midst of all this, he founded Cosmic and, while producing his own wine, gradually felt a desire to help farmers who were not seen in the spotlight.
I want to reach out to farmers who practice environmentally friendly farming and grow grapes but cannot or do not make wine...!
While thinking about various things with Yaume, it was decided that they would come to Japan in 2019, and while introducing Cosmic in Japan, we decided to start "AMOR PER LA TERRA!", and this project was born.
Eventually, Xavi joined the project and the team was formed!
Rather than making their own wine, Salva takes in grapes from people who truly love farming and turns them into wine.
Their goal is for everyone to work together as one team to create the wine "AMOR PER LA TERRA," and that brings them joy.
