A beautiful orange-pink color, with scents of mandarin orange and cherry. While it is an Alsace wine, it somehow evokes the rich touch of Italian amphora orange wines. Everything is in exquisite balance. This is a wonderful orange wine.65% is the 2022 Shiraz aged for 8 months, 25% is the 2021 Shiraz aged for 8 months, and 10% is a blend of Shiraz from 2020 and 2019 that has been aged in a food barrel. Unfiltered and unclarified, with no added SO2.

It is located in the village of Ammerschwihr, just north of Colmar in the Alsace region. A prestigious family that has been making wine since 1770.
When it comes to brewing, we adhere to the true nature of agriculture, strictly using no pesticides, and using almost no SO2. Nowadays, pesticide-free styles are being reconsidered, but in my father's time, chemical fertilizers were popular.

Even in those days, they stubbornly continued farming without pesticides. People around him often criticized him for being unusual, but he is a maker who has consistently maintained this style. Since the harvest is done by hand, we carefully protect the 11ha field that only the family can tend. Although he is not a large manufacturer in Alsace, the treasures that have been carefully passed down from generation to generation can be clearly seen in the curves.
