《Evolution of the original unique winery》
I've been drinking this producer's wines for a long time, but I can't hide my surprise at their recent flavors. The old tastes were wines that you either loved or hated, haha.
Although no sulfites are used, as before, this is a wonderful wine that I highly recommend even to those who might be hesitant about "unique" wines.
It's a red wine, but it's delicious when chilled.

The concentrated fruitiness of cassis and raspberry, with a distinct complexity of mushrooms and spices. It has a smooth, gentle touch that makes you wonder if there's really Syrah in it.

【Producer Information】

A family-run winery established by Philippe's great-grandfather at the end of the 19th century. In 1999, he began making his own wine using organic farming methods. In 2007, he started biodynamic farming.

Since 2020, he has been making wine with his son, Hippolyte. Hippolyte has excellent judgment and is more precise and meticulous in winemaking.
Furthermore, the 15-hectare vineyard, the same size as in Philippe's era, is now cared for by four people. This has resulted in a dramatic increase in quality in both grape cultivation and winemaking compared to when he worked alone.
Cows graze around the vineyard, and crops are grown. In the future, there is a plan to surround the vineyard with forests to create an integrated environment.

The winery's name, "Bois Moisset," comes from "bois" (forest) and "moisset" (humid), referring to the abundant water in the land near the river.
