A family-run brewery opened by Philip's great-grandfather at the end of the 19th century. In 1999, he began making his own wine using bio-cultivation methods. In 2007, we started biodynamic.
Since 2020, he has been making wine with his son Hippolyte. Hippolyte has good judgment and is more precise and careful when it comes to brewing.
In addition, the vineyard, which has the same cultivation area of 15 hectares as in Philip's time, is now taken care of by four people, so the quality of both grape cultivation and winemaking has significantly improved compared to when it was done by just one person. Ta.
Around the vineyard, cattle are grazed and crops are grown, and in the future, the idea is to surround the vineyard with a forest to create an integrated environment.
The name of the brewery comes from the words ``bois'' (forest) and ``moise'' (moist), which means the area is close to a river and has plenty of water.
