Chinon’s talented winemaker x Belgian natural wine pioneer
Pioneer natural wine importer @Philippe in Belgium. Nicola from Chinon is a family-run business that makes natural wine.

What the duo is pursuing is a mineral feel that balances freshness, concentration, and richness. I want to make a salty, mineral-rich wine that comes from AZAY LE RIDEAU's clay and Silex!
