Auriol, who majored in organic chemistry at university with the aim of becoming a scholar like Jules Chauvet (mentor of giants such as Marcel Lapierre and Philippe Pacare, who introduced natural cultivation and brewing to the world), was destined to be harvested in the fields of Penedès. I made a big difference by helping out.
I wanted to work in the field more than in the lab.
In 2003, at the age of 22, he started working at various breweries in Catalonia, while simultaneously building a career as a winemaking teacher .
Finally, in 2011, I moved to my hometown Aleya district (15km north of Barcelona, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and mountains).
They acquired fields around Spain's smallest appellation and produced their first vintage.
His wines have a gentle mineral feel, beautiful acidity, deep flavor, citrus freshness, and a salty taste that permeates the taste, making them extremely original and unforgettable once you taste them!
